“ The evacuations are complete. We tried our best to evacuate people in a comfortable manner, which was of course difficult, because it is difficult for everyone to leave their homes. I was asked this morning if people resisted. Yes, they resisted but that is natural. It is not a crime. People need to be told, and that is why we are trying to spread this information again and again. We are not spreading panic, just giving out information that precaution is always better.”
