Head of Afghan Charity Foundation, Ahmad Rashid say Helping the poor is
not just a government job we all have to help them Helping the poor is
an obligation at all.
In Kabul, food was distributed to 33 poor families by the Afghan Charity Foundation.
These foods include flour, oil, tea, sugar, salt and shampoo.
The charity says such aid will be distributed to the poor in different parts of the country.
The people thanked the charity and called on the government to help them.
according to UN report Nearly 20 million people in Afghanistan – almost half the population – are facing acute hunger, humanitarians warned in a UN-backed report, published on Monday.
